Colour accuracy

Although we endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens means colours may vary slightly.

Materials used for the paintings

My original paintings are made with professional high quality artist paints and mediums, on high quality archival supports.
They are protected against light fade and dust with a UV matt varnish. Paintings on canvas are mounted on wooden frames, wrapped around the sides and stapled to the back.

Images used on this website are the property of Cayetana Hada and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

As Cayetana Hada owns the copyright of all her images, that also includes sold original drawings. Cayetana has the right to do prints of these original sold images at any time.

Shipping & Delivery

Every piece will be shipped in heavy cardboard boxes. Expect your artwork to arrive packed with plenty of support in order to make its journey as safe as possible from my studio to your home.

 

Purchased paintings are processed within 7-10 business days via a tracked courier. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once the pack is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details and the expected delivery date. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Payments

All payments are taken in American Dollars, and are charged at the current exchange rate. Payments are securely processed through PayPal, and you can pay with your credit card also if you don’t have a PayPal account

This site uses Paypal for monetary transactions. Paypal is the most secure way of shopping online. When you purchase using Paypal, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.
